Prof.Datuk Dr.Ismail Bin Md.Salleh（拿督.伊沙马博士），美国伊利诺（University of Illinois）大学博士学位，伊利诺大学经济学硕士学位，纽约州立大学经济政治学学士学位。 ――“IUCTT will give you the right attitude, knowledge and skills for your professional undertakings.” ――“IUCTT将为您的职业生涯提供突破性的学识态度，更新的知识与技巧。”

Thank you for your interest in IUCTT. 感谢您对马来西亚科技大学（IUCTT）的认可。 At IUCTT, we have given the emphasis on hands on training for students through their learning. This is done through practical training and presentation. For this purpose, guests and speakers are invited from various fields to give views and comments on students’ work. 马来西亚科技大学（IUCTT）侧重于让它的学生通过不断地实践及发表学习心得从而达成学以致用的办学宗旨。为此，IUCTT经常邀请世界各学科的著名学者与研究专家为其学生提供专业的学习指导，进而协助学生达到最终的学习成果。 On the other hand, 60% of lecturers at IUCTT not only excel in their education but also have vast experience in their own professional field. With these combinations, we trust that IUCTT graduates will have an advantage over the others.
